General Conditions
This Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

The Customer (“You” or “Customer”), who engages the services offered through BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
1. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale of travel services, including but not limited to paragliding, tours, and activities, provided by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
2. General Conditions
2.1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a service via BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
2.2. Applicable Laws
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. In case of any disputes, the provisions of Turkish jurisdiction shall apply.
2.3. Compliance with Regulations
All activities and transactions are executed by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI in compliance with Turkish laws, including but not limited to tourism regulations and safety standards.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through the official platform or authorized representatives of BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
3.2. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via secure channels provided by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
3.3. Currency
All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or other applicable currency, with conversion rates applied at the time of payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or by contacting BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. All refunds will be subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a full refund.
4.2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, the Customer may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4.3. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the scheduled time and location will result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
5.1. Company Responsibility
BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI acts as the sole provider of services and is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, including safety and insurance regulations.
5.2. Customer Responsibility
The Customer agrees to follow all instructions provided by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI and comply with safety guidelines.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1. Turkey
For disputes related to the activities and services rendered, Turkish laws shall apply. The Customer agrees to resolve such disputes through Turkish courts or tourism arbitration bodies, as applicable.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
