General Conditions

This Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

  1. FLYSPOT LTD. (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom, having its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM, with Company Number: 15948112; and

  2. The Customer (“You” or “Customer”), who engages the services offered through FLYSPOT LTD.

  3. Dragon Paragliding (“Third-Party Contractor”), operating as a Turkish company under Happy Wings Travel Agency, registered under the laws of Turkey with TÜRSAB License Number: 15007, and having its registered address at Ölüdeniz Mah. Çarşı Cad. N:1/2-A Fethiye-MUĞLA, Turkey. Contact details: Tel: +905065640048, E-mail: [email protected]


1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale of travel services, including but not limited to paragliding, tours, and activities, provided by Dragon Paragliding through the intermediary platform operated by FLYSPOT LTD.


2. General Conditions

2.1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service via FLYSPOT LTD., the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2.2. Applicable Laws

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Turkey where applicable. In case of a conflict, priority shall be given to the provisions of the jurisdiction where the service is rendered.

2.3. Role of Dragon Paragliding

All activities and transactions within Turkey are executed by Dragon Paragliding in compliance with Turkish laws, including but not limited to tourism regulations and safety standards. The company holds a valid TÜRSAB certification to ensure quality and legal compliance.


3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking Process

All bookings must be made through the official FLYSPOT LTD. platform or authorized representatives.

3.2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via secure channels provided by FLYSPOT LTD. or directly through Dragon Paragliding for services executed in Turkey.

3.3. Currency

All prices are quoted in GBP or local currency, with conversion rates applied at the time of payment, as applicable.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to FLYSPOT LTD. or Dragon Paragliding at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

4.2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If the service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, the Customer may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4.3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the scheduled time and location will result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.


5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

5.1. Company Responsibility

FLYSPOT LTD. acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for physical injuries, damages, or losses incurred during activities rendered by Dragon Paragliding.

5.2. Third-Party Responsibility

Dragon Paragliding is responsible for the execution of all activities within Turkey, ensuring compliance with local laws, including safety and insurance regulations.

5.3. Customer Responsibility

The Customer agrees to follow all instructions provided by Dragon Paragliding and comply with safety guidelines.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. United Kingdom

For disputes arising from the booking platform and intermediary services, the laws of the United Kingdom shall apply.

6.2. Turkey

For disputes related to the activities and services rendered within Turkey, Turkish laws shall apply. The Customer agrees to resolve such disputes through Turkish courts or tourism arbitration bodies, as applicable.
