How long does a tandem paragliding flight in Ölüdeniz last?
A tandem flight from Babadağ lasts 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the wind and thermals that day.
Is paragliding in Fethiye safe?
Yes. All our pilots are licensed by the Turkish Aviation Federation and have thousands of hours of experience, and full insurance is included in every flight. Your pilot chooses the launch point according to the wind.
How much does paragliding in Ölüdeniz cost?
Our winter 2026–27 price is US$150 per person, all included: the cable car transfer up Babadağ, a professional pilot, hotel pick-up and drop-off, and full insurance. A US$10 deposit holds your slot.
How high is the Babadağ launch?
Depending on the wind, flights launch from Babadağ at 1,200 m, 1,700 m, 1,800 m, 1,900 m or 1,965 m, which makes it one of the highest commercial paragliding launch sites in the world.
What is the weight limit for tandem paragliding?
Passengers must be 5 to 75 years old, weigh no more than 100 kg (90 kg for women) and be able to run a few steps at take-off. Pregnant women cannot fly.
Where do paragliding flights land?
Flights land on Ölüdeniz beach next to the famous Blue Lagoon. Free hotel pick-up and drop-off from Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü and Çalış is included.
