BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of Turkey, having its registered office at ÖLÜDENİZ MAH. DENİZPARK CAD. A BLOK NO:15/2A FETHİYE / MUĞLA, Turkey (Tax ID: [Insert Tax No]).
Ata Travel Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, acting as the authorized payment and booking agent for the Company.
The Customer (“You” or “Customer”), who engages the services offered through the platform.
This Agreement governs the sale of travel services, including but not limited to paragliding, tours, and activities, provided by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
By purchasing a service via BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. In case of any disputes, the provisions of Turkish jurisdiction shall apply.
All activities and transactions are executed by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI in compliance with Turkish laws, including but not limited to tourism regulations and safety standards.
All bookings must be made through the official platform or authorized representatives of BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
Payments are processed via secure channels provided by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.
All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or other applicable currency, with conversion rates applied at the time of payment.
Payment Processing: All payments made via credit card, Stripe, or PayPal are processed by Ata Travel Ltd (UK) on behalf of the Company. Ataberk Doğanlı acts as the primary contact person and representative for these transactions.
Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Notwithstanding the payment processing entity, BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI remains the sole entity responsible for all local tax obligations, VAT (KDV) reporting, and regulatory compliance within the Republic of Turkey.
Licensing: All operational licenses, including TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) certification and professional paragliding insurance, are held and maintained by the Company (BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI).
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or by contacting BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. All refunds will be subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a full refund.
If the service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, the Customer may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Failure to arrive at the scheduled time and location will result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI is the official service provider and license holder for all activities. Any liability regarding the execution of the tours, safety standards, or local Turkish law compliance rests with the Company.
The Customer agrees to follow all instructions provided by BZCE TURIZM EMLAK INSAAT DANISMANLIK TAAHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI and comply with safety guidelines.
For disputes related to the activities and services rendered, Turkish laws shall apply. The Customer agrees to resolve such disputes through Turkish courts or tourism arbitration bodies, as applicable.

By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
